The two final deliverables of this phase are the perforamce test itself, and a demonstration of delivery capability (including administration processes).

Intermediate deliverables of the development phase are: alpha and beta tests; bug reports; prioritized list of design changes; test calibration results; cutoff score(s); demonstration of channel viability; updated test specification (ha-ha); publishable test information and practice test;
