In 2010 the Design and Delivery Committee of the Performance Testing Council made a significant contribution to the testing industry with the creation of Performance Testing Design Approaches. This document is a thorough review of the various approaches a performance exam can be based on. The work continued all through 2011 and now the finishing touches are being put on the document. This document is a in-depth look at the performance testing approaches and is an excellent starting place for deciding the approach that best suits your program. The document will be made available free to members and, for a small fee, to non-members.
